FALL (VINTAGE) TREND: Plaid

PLAID, you have seen it every where.  A word of caution, mix wisely.  This week our window is featuring plaid.  Notice how we took a traditional fabric and gave it a modern twist.

The skirt is styled with a grey silk blouse, olive green boucl`e jacket, coral necklace and quartz ring.    The dress is styled with a black fox collar, woven black belt and earrings clipped on the collar as a brooch.  We love both of these looks.  

I love this skirt.  It is  Anne Klein Collection.  F.Y.I. Do you know the name of the top designer that worked at Anne Klein and later went on to launch a mega brand? Answer: Donna Karan.  This a great pencil skirt.  The colors are brown, taupe and black plaid wool.  We have shown it here with another fall trend the leather bomber jacket, a bright green blouse and coral necklace.
