FALL VINTAGE TREND: Light Colored Coat

Okay, this is my other favorite, obviously because it's pink.  But if you live in southern California, you might be familiar with a store called Bullock's and it's sister Bullock's Wilshire.  These department stores were on same par with Saks Fifth Avenue and carried many of the same brands.  Little know fact, there was a Bullocks in Torrance, California, more specifically the Del Amo Mall.  A little history, back in the day the Del Amo Mall was the place to shop.  There was Bullock's, I. Magnin, Joseph Magnin and Lillie Rubin, all high end stores.  This beautiful coat is from Bullock's Del Amo.  It has a silk lining , a full a-line body, pockets and matching pink buttons. We estimate the time period to be early 60's.
Size: Unknown (but we think it can easily fit up to a size 14/16)
Condition: Good (the neck lining needs a little mending)
Designer: Forstmann Chonga with Louis Goldstein New York
Price: $250

This classic cut cream boucl`e coat is in good condition.  We estimate the time period to be the 60's.  The cut is very generous.  It has pockets and hits just at the knee.  According to Elle Magazine's fall trend list, a light colored coat, is a definite must have this season.  With this coat you will definitely be on point.
Size: Unknown
Designer: Unknown
Condition: Good
Price: $200

I think this is my favorite piece of the season (so far).  It is a mohair cape with a clear acrylic rose button.  We think it's a 60's piece.  It fits most sizes and is right in line with a couple of fall trends: the cape and the pastel coat.
Size: O/S
Designer: Unknown
Condition: Good
Pink Mohair Cape $200.
