My parents know I celebrate my birthday the entire month of April. They also know, it is the only time I indulge in sweets every weekend during the month of April. And the one thing I have to have is a cake with my name on it. So happy birthday to me and here's a picture of the perfect little birthday cake. Chocolate mousse, devil's food cake, chocolate butter cream wrapped in chocolate chips. It took me a week to finish it, but man was it good.
