When Is A Skirt Not A Skirt, But A Dress?
No it's not a riddle, but a styling question. Many of us had these long skirts in the 90's with pretty patterns but dreadfully too long and out of style so we got rid of them. We found this beautiful floral print which is huge for Spring and Summer and made it into a strapless dress complete with a wide belt, straw hat and jewelry. Perfect for a garden wedding, summer cocktail party or brunch.
