As the founders and creative force behind the beautiful Isabella Fiore line they have long found inspiration in the most unlikely places. Sitting in rush hour traffic in their hometown LA, riding a barge in Thailand, sitting in a steamy Laundromat, these and many other places and events have brought flashes of inspiration to the duo and their creative team. The shapes of the bags are updated classics, satchels, totes, messengers, and vintage style frame bags. Details such as flirty tassels, artisan braiding dimensional quilting, tonal appliqued accents and luxurious hand woven skins made us fall in love with this line. But they have not lost sight of practicality. Lockheart's designers know that women care about what's inside the bag as well. There are many functional leather lined pockets and a chain leash for keys. To maintain the big chunky hardware look without creating a terribly heavy bag, the hardware looks like brass but is actually made of aluminum. These are handbags which will never go out of style.
